Instructions

1. For any of the above files, right click on the link. Choose “save as” and place the file on your computer. You can then open it at a later time.   At a later time, you can open the document. (Remember where you put the file). You must have the appropriate software installed on your computer in order to open the file.
2. Click on either the PDF Link or the HTML link, and the application should open. Print the form, complete it and return it to Joseph’s Catering. You will need the free PDF Reader to open the PDF document / link..
